We stayed in the home for our annual extended family vacation. The kings beds and large bedrooms were great. The back yard was spacious and a great space to hang out with our dogs. We enjoyed the back porch and spacious living room and dining room. The front porch offered comfortable seating as well. The hot tub was clean and easily accessible. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled and super clean. We did have a few issues pop up and Seth responded immediately and handled them. Absolutely wonderful home.
Seth and he s team were very responsive to a few minor issues that were related to cleaning crew from prior guests. The house was in a great location and had wonderful amenities. Great central location for anyone doing Bourbon Trail and set up perfectly for a large group of couples.
Stayed here as home base for a long weekend exploring the bourbon trail. Great location to be central to all the different areas. House is as described, clean and ample space for a large group. Seth was super responsive and a great host. The neighborhood is by a train which was a little loud at night. The small downtown area was close by with a good coffee shop, brewery and some cute shops. Overall great stay and would recommend.
