Who This Home Is Best For
- Multi-generational families who want everyone under one roof but still want a door
to close at night — the main-floor primary suite and basement bedrooms naturally
separate grandparents from teenagers. - Church groups and retreats needing a home base with room to gather, a game room
for downtime, and enough bathrooms that mornings don't turn into a line. - Reunion planners coordinating a big group — with an adjacent sister property
available, two families can book side by side and still spread out. - Pool-and-fire-pit families who measure a good vacation by how many s'mores got
made and how late the kids stayed up swimming. - Weekend groups road-tripping to the Ark Encounter, Kentucky Speedway, or
Cincinnati who want a quiet, private landing spot after a full day out.
run themselves tired, and a covered porch keeps the fun going even when weather
turns.
Ten beds are spread across the seven bedrooms, with linens, extra pillows and
blankets, and room-darkening shades in every room. A washer and dryer are on-site,
and the whole home is wired with wifi and a dedicated workspace.
- Ark Encounter — about 10 minutes away, the full-size Noah's Ark built to biblical
dimensions - Lake Williamstown — minutes from the house, for an easy afternoon of boating or
fishing - Grant County Park & Trail System — local hiking, biking, and rollerblading
- Kentucky Speedway (Sparta) — roughly 25 minutes, NASCAR race weekends
- Big Bone Lick State Park — about 30 minutes, hiking trails, bison herd, Ice Age
history - Creation Museum (Petersburg) — around 25–30 minutes, exhibits, gardens, and a
zoo - Newport Aquarium & Newport on the Levee — about 50 minutes, aquarium and
riverfront dining - Downtown Cincinnati — roughly 45 minutes, skyline views, museums, and the
riverfront - Kings Island — about 1 hour 10 minutes, the Midwest's largest amusement and water
park
Whether the plan is one big-ticket day trip or small local outings between pool days,
everything here is an easy round trip that leaves plenty of daylight back at the house

One of the rare occurances when the pictures matched the reality of the accomodation. We took a Church Youth group to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. We walked in and were so thankful at the size. We had 16 people, plenty of room to kick around separately and together. The pool and spa were clean and wonderful to spend time in at night after being our on feet all day. The great room and dining area were condusive to our time together for devotionals and for daily morning/evening logistic meetings. It was just a great place for our large group. We had 2 minor issues on different days and Seth was all over them, no fuss, no hassle. Both taken care of by the time we got home each day. We would stay here again and are already planning a larger group to stay in the the 'sister location' as well.
We had a great stay! The house was spacious and comfortable, the basement games entertained the older kids when we weren’t outside, and the pool area was perfect for hot days. Seth was quick to respond to any issues that popped up during our stay.
The house was set back in a very peaceful part of KY with gorgeous scenery. The pool was wonderful for my young kids, 4 ft across, able to touch the bottom and swim with ease. The outdoor fireplace was amazing and having the firewood there was also very nice. Thank you again for our stay!
